Cancellations / Refunds

• Once the booking process is finalized, the client will receive a payment link via email or text to secure the training date.
• A non-refundable deposit of at least 25% of the balance is required and goes toward the remaining balance.
• If a cancellation is beyond the client's control, they may reschedule within 30 days of the original course date.

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the session.

No-Shows

• Failure to notify Courage To Save CPR Training, LLC of a cancellation or rescheduling request before the course will result in the student being marked as a no-show.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows, and no exceptions will be made.
